A card to delete, a problem, an idea for a new occasion? Email contact@prozissimo.com. There is no form on the site: a plain email from your usual inbox is all it takes. English is fine.
What to write to us about
- Deleting a card before 90 days: include the card link (it starts with https://cardiboo.com/).
- Your data rights (access, correction, objection): tell us which card it is about.
- Reporting abuse: a card with a hurtful message, a photo used without consent… Include the link; these are handled first.
- A technical problem: tell us what happens, and on which phone or browser.
- An idea or a mistake: a missing occasion, a character, a clumsy translation, a wrong step on an idea page.
What you can already do yourself
- Every card deletes itself after 90 days, with its faces, messages and replies.
- On a group card, the organizer can delete any message, and everyone can delete their own.
- On a save the date, each guest can change their reply from the same device, and the organizer manages the list on their private page.
- There are no accounts: no password to recover.
