Group farewell card: the whole team signs online, for free
Passing a paper card around every desk in secret, while remote coworkers never get to sign it: we've all been there. With Cardiboo, you make the card in a minute, share one link to sign, and everyone adds a message, a sticky-note color and even their face.
On their last day, the person watches the animated gag, then the whole crew bursts in and dances with their real faces, and finally a wall of sticky notes with every message.

Make a group card, step by step
- Open the machine on “Farewell” with the button below: it switches to “👥 A card everyone signs” on its own.
- Type the name of the person leaving, and add their face if you have a photo (a beach bum costume is waiting).
- Pull the lever to pick the animation, and write the first message.
- Tap “👥 Start the group card 🚀”: your organizer page opens with the signing link.
- Share that link in the team chat, on Slack, Teams or by email. Everyone signs with their name, message, color and, if they like, their face.
- On the day, tap “🚀 Send” on your organizer page: they get the full card.
What each coworker sees
The signing link opens a “Sign the card ✍️” page with a preview of the animation. They type their name and message (the little lever can suggest one), pick a sticky-note color and, if they want, add their face. Signatures already added appear below. No account, nothing to install.
As the organizer, you can delete any message, and everyone can delete their own. Your organizer page is remembered on your device; copy your management link to open it elsewhere, and keep it to yourself. A group card can hold up to 150 messages.

To announce the farewell party itself, with the date and place, use a save the date and pick “Farewell” or “Retirement”. Cardiboo doesn't handle money: if the team is chipping in for a gift (an “office collection” in the UK), use a separate service for that.
