How to make it, step by step
- Open the machine: the button below already turns on “📸 With a real head”.
- Pick the occasion, then tap “+ Add a photo” and take or choose a picture.
- The AI finds the face and cuts out the head (face and hair, no background). If it can't find a face, place it yourself in the circle.
- The head lands on the costume for that occasion. Tap the hero reel to change costume.
- Add up to four more faces if you like: family or coworkers burst in at the end.
- Pull the lever, write your message, and send.

The costume follows the occasion automatically, and you can always pick another one.
Which photo works best?
- A face looking at the camera, well lit, without sunglasses or a hand in front of the mouth.
- Ideally one person: on a group photo, the largest face is the one cut out.
- A sharp photo is enough: no need for a plain background, it gets removed.
- Use a photo you have the right to share, and ask the person first if it isn't you.
What happens to the photo
The cut-out happens on your device: the original photo is never uploaded for it. Only the small cut-out head goes to our server, and only when you send a card with a face. It is deleted after 90 days along with the card. Details are in our legal notice and privacy policy (summary in English at the bottom).
